TCV, https://www.tc-v.com/, is a used car export platform that provides information on approximately 110,000 used cars and is accessible from over 200 countries and regions around the world. More than one million overseas users (buyers) who wish to purchase used cars from Japan, mainly in Africa, have registered on the site, which has grown into a site with a PV of over 96 million per year and more than 60,000 inquiries per month. Based in the Republic of Zambia and Republic of Kenya , we are accelerating our service development in East Africa.
The TCV Corona Support Project was launched in 2020, when the new coronavirus was spreading, in response to a request for hygiene products (masks, disinfectant, soap, etc.) from Ryuta Mizuuchi, the Japanese Ambassador to Zambia. In September of the same year, a handover ceremony was held at the Embassy of Japan in Zambia, and the donation of 1,000 TCV’s original cloth masks was completed at the Central Province Government House. The donated masks will be distributed mainly to schools in Central Province. This project is the realization of the wish of TCV employees that “as many young people as possible will enjoy good health, safety, and a fulfilling life with a new lifestyle”. TCV plans to continue this project as part of its CSR activities in response to the needs of countries that have a relationship with TCV.

■Mask Donation Ceremony Held
On Wednesday, March 31, 2021, a donation ceremony was held in the Central Province of Zambia.
Under a clear blue sky, 1,000 copies of TCV’s original masks, featuring a bright yellow color, were delivered to the Central Province government building. The Zambian Under-Secretary General and the Minister of Central Province each gave a speech to the people of Zambia, which was broadcasted nationwide by Power FM, a local news media company.

This donation from TCV will save many lives, and since the best way to prevent COVID-19 is to take precautions, this mask will be very useful. I also really like the design and color of this mask. We, the government, will continue to take measures to fight COIVD-19 and protect the lives of everyone living in Central Province. Thank you again to TCV, this mask will save many lives. This mask will prevent COIVD-19 and also prevent the spread of the disease. More lives can be saved with this mask. Once again, I would like to thank TCV and the Japanese Embassy in Zambia. These masks will be distributed to schools in Central Province. I would like all citizens to know once again that the Japanese government and Japanese companies are interested in the people of Central Province.
