■The background of the release of the automatic translation function “My Rec”

Against the backdrop of the ongoing labor shortage in the country, the acceptance of foreign talent has been progressing. ■Future Developments

“My Rec” will be expanded to support stress-free acceptance and active participation of foreign workers, with the following functions being enhanced.

1)Easier readability in foreign languages
We will further improve the design and usability to make it easier for foreign workers to use.
For example, when automatically translating job openings, important words may sometimes be placed later in the sentence or the character count may increase, depending on the grammar. Therefore, we aim to achieve optimal screen design tailored to each foreign language.

2)Adding the “Language” tag feature
We plan to automatically tag the set languages to further enhance the tagging feature for segmented delivery.
This will enable one to deliver job openings to segments such as “candidates who speak Chinese” without the need for manual tagging.”
