(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Directors, Operating Officer, and CEO: Joe Hirao, Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime: 3679, hereinafter referred to as ZIGExN) is pleased to announce a collaboration with Zenkyoren (National Mutual Insurance Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives, President of the Board of Directors Fumio Yanai). This partnership involves the integration of “Reshop-navi“, the number one*1 home renovation matching website with the highest number of quotation requests operated by ZIGExN, with the “Anshin Kurashi Project” initiated by Zenkyoren, starting from April 2023. ■Background of the Collaboration

Zenkyoren is committed to the fundamental concept of “caring continuously” for its members and local residents. As part of their efforts to provide new added value focusing on services related to health promotion, disaster prevention and reduction, and prevention of recurrence, Zenkyoren will be launching the “Anshin Kurashi Project” in April 2023, with a primary focus on the fields of housing, automobiles, and agriculture. This project aims to enhance disaster prevention and reduction measures and prevent future recurrences.

In the “ie” (housing) sector, the goal is to contribute to the creation of resilient homes (living in a safe and secure environment) by supporting understanding of the condition of homes and promoting disaster prevention and security measures. Within the context of the housing repair and renovation service, it’s crucial to establish a network with remodeling companies nationwide. Therefore, “Reshop-navi” which connects homeowners with a carefully selected network of approximately 3,800 remodeling companies nationwide, has partnered with this project to facilitate high-quality matching between homeowners and service providers.

■Details of the Collaboration

For subscribers of Zenkyoren’s Building Revitalization Insurance, we offer introductions to remodeling companies that have met our unique accreditation criteria through “Reshop-navi”. Eligible clients will receive benefits from Zenkyoren based on the contracted amount.

By supporting efforts in disaster prevention, mitigation, and recurrence prevention, we contribute to minimizing damage and facilitating rapid recovery during disasters, ultimately promoting resilient home construction.

“Reshop-navi” is here to support a secure and safe living environment through Zenkyoren’s “Anshin Kurashi Project.”
