Basic Policy on Disclosure

Methods of Disclosure
The Company discloses information, as defined in the Rules for Timely Disclosure, on the Timely Disclosure network (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. In addition, in principle, the information disclosed on TDnet will be promptly posted on this IR site, and we will strive to disclose information fairly and broadly.
Future Prospects
The information disclosed by the Company may include information related to the future outlook, such as forecasts for the current fiscal year and the future. Such information is deemed reasonable by the Company based on available information at the time of disclosure. For this reason, please note that these forecasts include risks and uncertainties, and the actual results may differ significantly from these forecasts.
Silence Period
In order to prevent the leakage of important company information and ensure fairness for investors, the Company has set a silent period from the first day of the month preceding the announcement of financial results to the date of announcement of those financial results. During this period, we refrain from answering any questions or commenting on financial results. Provided, however, that significant facts arise that are deemed to have a material impact on investors' investment decisions shall not apply such period.
