Leveraging My Rec to Monitor Changes in Employee Well-Being and Motivation for Better Workplace Retention

(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Tsutomu Ito; hereinafter “Sougo Career Trust”), utilizing the My Rec system.

■Background to the Technical Support for My Rec

In the employment of people with disabilities, supporting employees in remaining in the workplace after hiring is an important challenge. At the same time, employees may find it difficult to communicate concerns about their physical condition, work, or interpersonal relationships, while companies may also struggle to identify early signs of potential issues. To address these challenges, Sougo Career Trust focused on the system infrastructure of My Rec, developed by BrainLab, which enables surveys to be distributed and chat-based communication to be conducted through an official LINE account. This led to the development and launch of SocialRetain.
