This matter resulted from unauthorized access by a third party to a real estate-related cloud service operated by an external service provider. The service provider has publicly disclosed the incident as follows:

Following our investigation, as of this time, we have not identified any new facts indicating unauthorized access to our services or any other related security incidents.
