MyRec Expands Context-Aware AI Translation (17 Languages) to LINE Official Accounts, Strengthening Communication with Foreign Employees and Supporting Retention

Press Release January 15, 2026

“MyRec,” an HR Marketing Tool Designed to Increase Hiring and Reduce Turnover, Introduces an AI Translation Feature

BrainLab Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Norihiro Nakae; hereinafter referred to as BrainLab)—a group company of ZIGExN Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director,Operating Officer, and CEO: Joe Hirao, Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime: 3679, hereinafter referred to as ZIGExN) that develops core systems for staffing and recruitment agencies—has newly introduced a context-aware AI translation function to its HR marketing tool, “MyRec.” Designed to increase hiring and reduce turnover, this new feature is accessible via LINE Official Accounts for companies employing foreign talent.

The number of foreign workers in Japan has been increasing year by year, and they have become an essential part of supporting corporate activities. At the same time, communication challenges caused by language barriers have become increasingly serious for companies employing foreign talent.
This new feature enables smooth communication without language barriers and supports the stable retention of foreign employees by allowing companies to identify potential turnover risks at an early stage and respond appropriately.

Feature Overview
MyRec is a LINE Official Account extension tool that enables companies to distribute surveys and messages to employees and staff. The platform allows companies to send three types of surveys—pulse surveys, eNPS surveys, and employee satisfaction surveys—in multiple languages, making it possible to continuously monitor each employee’s motivation, health, and overall condition. Survey results can be analyzed from both short-term and mid- to long-term perspectives, allowing companies to identify trends at the individual, team, and departmental levels. The system visualizes early warning signs that may lead to employee turnover as a score. When the score exceeds a certain threshold, administrators receive an alert notification, enabling them to take appropriate follow-up actions before issues escalate. One of MyRec’s key features is its ability to capture subtle changes or signs of concern that might otherwise be overlooked due to language barriers and convert them into actionable data.

In addition to survey distribution, the AI translation function can also be used for everyday follow-up communication via chat. Employees can ask questions or raise concerns in their native languages, which administrators can then understand in natural Japanese, enabling smooth and effective communication.
