Brain Lab Inc. Launches AI-Powered Job and Candidate Matching System

Service News August 8, 2025

BrainLab Inc.(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Norihiro Nakae, hereinafter referred to as BrainLab), a group company of ZIGExN Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, Operating Officer, and CEO: Joe Hirao; Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime: 3679, hereinafter referred to as ZIGExN) , has launched a new AI-powered system for matching job openings with candidates. This system utilizes text-based information from resumes, work histories, and job postings to perform multi-faceted analysis and matching. Beyond evaluating skills and experience, the AI also assesses candidates’ potential aptitudes and cultural fit, providing a more comprehensive and accurate matching process.

Unlike traditional keyword-based searches, which often overlook potential matches, this system helps unlock opportunities that might otherwise be missed. It also supports a shift away from relying solely on the intuition and experience of HR staff. The system is designed to increase the number of job recommendations, improve application rates, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

■Key Features

1)Maximizing AI Accuracy through Filtering and Information Organization:
The system leverages advanced data processing technologies to address a common challenge in AI-based matching: the decline in accuracy due to the complexity of information.
For example, the system enhances matching accuracy and reduces the risk of AI hallucinations through the following processes:
Eliminating mismatches based on “mandatory requirements” that cannot be reliably handled by LLM alone.
Extracting and organizing key information to make it easier for AI to analyze.

2)Visualizing “Culture Fit”:
Using algorithms optimized for the HR industry, the system analyzes aspects that are difficult to verbalize—such as candidates’ values and company culture. This enables matching based on qualitative information, contributing to higher employee retention after hiring.

3)Flexibility and Scalability with Dify:
Built on the open-source platform Dify, the system allows the use of multiple large language models (LLMs) and can be fine-tuned using clients’ internal data and proprietary matching know-how. This enables the creation and operation of a customized “AI agent” optimized for each company.
