Leveraging WhatsApp—the communication tool most familiar to foreign talent—the company has launched a “Retention Support Model” that combines a seamless multilingual chat environment with a survey distribution feature that visualizes turnover risk.
This model was developed based on expertise gained from retention support services previously offered in Japan using the LINE Official Account platform. With the newly added support for WhatsApp, the company has further strengthened its support system for foreign talent.
