In addition to the existing profile information, the new Web Resume allows job seekers to register more detailed information, including their work history, skills, and desired conditions. All of this information can be viewed directly in the employer dashboard, enabling companies to immediately understand a candidate’s background upon receiving an application and proceed with interviews and screening more accurately and efficiently.

② Scouting
From the list of candidates displayed on the employer dashboard, companies can search for talent that matches their hiring requirements and send special offers with guaranteed interviews along with a message. This feature allows employers to take a proactive approach toward job seekers, rather than simply waiting for applications.

③ Hunting
From the list of candidates displayed on the employer dashboard, companies can select candidates and request “Hunting.” Staff from Dorapita’s recruitment service, Dorapita Agent, then provide comprehensive support throughout the process, from arranging interviews to onboarding. Tailored to each company’s needs, this service helps ensure a smoother and more successful hiring process compared to managing recruitment entirely in-house.
