Applicants can now be managed in a list by their application status, such as “Date and Time Setting,” “Interview Preparation,” and ” Results.” This enables better visibility of progress and centralized management, which is expected to result in a smoother selection flow. Additionally, a feature will soon be added to display important points to consider when moving to the next step, based on each applicant’s current application status.

■Scheduling Interviews and Messaging Feature Added

The scheduling of interview dates can now be fully managed within the employer management page, eliminating the need for time-consuming email and phone communications. As a result, a significant reduction in the time and effort required for recruitment tasks is expected. Additionally, a messaging feature with applicants has been newly added.
