For this 5th edition of the award, we have introduced the “Best First Year Seller Award,” recognizing the seller who gained the most support from buyers within their first year of registration on TCV. The winning TCV seller will have a visible award badge displayed on their company page on the TCV service website. This badge will serve as a sign for TCV buyers, indicating a “trusted and reliable seller for safe used car transactions.”

■2024 TCV Annual Sales Ranking Top 5
The 2024 TCV Annual Sales Ranking is as follows. The best-selling model on TCV, continuing from the previous year, is the Toyota compact car, Vitz. From 1st to 5th place, most of the exports were to African countries. In terms of sales prices, Vitz, which became approximately 10% cheaper, and Land Cruiser, which saw a price increase of 1.5 times, were exceptions, while most other models remained largely unchanged compared to the previous year. It seems necessary to pay attention to the future of the export business, as it is expected that the yen’s depreciation will gradually subside as the Bank of Japan raises policy interest rates.
