Announcement of the Release of the ZIGExN Group Integrated Report, “ZIGExN REPORT 2023”
ZIGExN Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Directors, Operating Officer, and CEO: Joe Hirao, Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime: 3679) is pleased to announce the release of the English version of our integrated report following the publication of the Japanese version “ZIGExN REPORT 2023” in August.
■About the ZIGExN Co., Ltd. Integrated Report ”ZIGExN REPORT 2023”
Our group celebrated its 15th anniversary two years ago and established “Update Your Story – For a Better Future” as our corporate purpose. We unveiled “Z CORE” as our second mid-term business plan, placing a strong emphasis on value co-creation with stakeholders as the cornerstone for sustaining our company’s growth. This commitment led us to initiate the publication of our integrated report.
In our 2021 integrated report, we focused on creating content that effectively communicates fundamental information about our company. In the 2022 integrated report, which we released last year, we explored the theme of “Ambidexterity” shedding light on how we perceive and address various dualities in our business operations.
This year’s 2023 integrated report is built upon two major themes: “Value Provided to Customers” and “Human Capital Value”
<Value Provided to Customers>
This is the paramount theme for our group as we aim for further growth, and we are dedicating our efforts to enhance the value we provide in each of our businesses. In this report, we also feature actual feedback from customers and users regarding our services.
<Human Capital Value>
At our company, we have a wide range of talents, including business leaders who drive each of our operations and PMI professionals who actively support M&A activities. We believe that this “Human Capital” is one of the sources of our company’s growth, and we are committed to unlocking the full potential of each individual, which we believe contributes to our long-term growth.

In this report, we have significantly updated our human resources strategy section, driven by the background of reviewing our company’s human capital management policy.

While we have historically positioned ourselves as a “Entrepreneurial Group” we are now evolving our organizational vision and team profile to include a more diverse range of “professional skills” and individuals with versatile “personalities and unique perspectives.” Our goal is to assemble a team capable of driving societal transformation, while leveraging the technological expertise we have cultivated thus far and drawing on our insights from diverse business ventures. We aim to foster entrepreneurs within our team who can create innovative services and products without being bound by conventional approaches. We believe that nurturing such individuals will be at the core of our human capital management strategy.
In our integrated report, we are not only continuing to disclose financial information, as we have done traditionally but also actively engaging in the disclosure of non-financial information.
