At the “D&I AWARD 2024,” Which Recognizes Companies Promoting Diversity & Inclusion in Japan ZIGExN Received the “Advance” Certification for the Second Consecutive Year
Also Received “Top Inclusive Company (TIC) Award” for the First Time, Which Recognizes Efforts to Promote Diversity and Inclusion Among All Employees

(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director, Operating Officer, and CEO: Joe Hirao, Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime: 3679, hereinafter referred to as ZIGExN), has been awarded the “Advance” certification for the second consecutive year at the “D&I AWARD 2024,” Japan’s largest award recognizing and certifying companies committed to Diversity & Inclusion (hereinafter referred to as D&I, https://diaward.jobrainbow.jp/top.) Furthermore, for the first time, the company received the “Top Inclusive Company (TIC) Award.”

■About D&I AWARD
The “D&I AWARD” is Japan’s largest award recognizing and certifying companies actively promoting Diversity & Inclusion. Established in 2021 by JobRainbow Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as JobRainbow), the award evaluates companies’ D&I initiatives based on the “Diversity Score,” a system comprising 100 questions across five key perspectives: “Gender,” “LGBTQ+,” “Disability,” “Multicultural Society,” and “Childcare & Caregiving.” Based on the evaluation results, companies are granted one of four certification levels: “Beginner,” “Standard,” “Advanced,” or “Best Workplace.”
■ About the “Top Inclusive Company (TIC) Award”
Introduced in FY 2023/3, this award evaluates the degree to which DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) is embraced by each individual employee. It assesses whether employees feel they can “be themselves” through company initiatives, going beyond the institutional aspects of D&I promotion. The evaluation is conducted using a proprietary survey developed by JobRainbow. Companies ranking in the top 35% of scores are recognized as leaders in DEIB practices and are awarded the “Top Inclusive Company (TIC) Award.”

With the fundamental philosophy of “Maximizing Opportunities in Life,” the company aims to address social issues as a key management priority and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society as a listed company on the Prime Market. As part of these efforts, initiatives such as “Promoting Women’s Empowerment” and “Increasing the Ratio of Managerial Positions” have been identified as material priorities from the perspective of diversity, with actions underway to achieve these goals.
