The “Reshop-navi Awards,” hosted by Reshop-navi, utilize integrated data based on customer reviews to recognize outstanding performance among renovation companies. These awards are presented in three categories: “Top Achievers in Completed Projects, East Japan/West Japan (1st to 3rd place),” “Top Achievers in Contract Amount, East Japan/West Japan (1st to 3rd place),” and “Excellent Companies in User Satisfaction.” In the 2022 edition, a total of 155 companies received awards out of the approximately 4,000 affiliated stores.
In the post-pandemic era, the use of online services has accelerated, and the importance of online reputation through customer reviews has increased significantly. The number of affiliated stores recognized under the “Excellent Companies in User Satisfaction” category, which requires an average rating of over 4.5 out of 5 points and a certain minimum number of reviews*2, has risen from 91 companies in the previous year to 114 companies this year. This marks the highest number of recognitions to date.

The recently held “Reshop-Navi Awards,” marking its 4th edition, saw a wide range of affiliated stores being recognized due to increased awareness and a growing number of companies actively collecting customer reviews.
