Seventy participants, predominantly individuals who have transitioned their careers in the manufacturing industry, attended the event, making it Ties’s largest-ever cross-industry networking gathering. We will continue to create opportunities for lateral connections among individuals transitioning their careers in the manufacturing industry. Our aim is not only to support job searches but also to provide comprehensive support in various aspects, ensuring a reassuring transition experience for all.

The event, attended by over 50 manufacturing career transitioners, featured a standing-style gathering, a format new to our face-to-face events. Due to its positive reception, we have held our second event recently.

At this second networking event, we had a total of 70 participants, including not only those who transitioned their careers through Ties but also their friends. This marked the largest-ever gathering for Ties’s Networking Event for Career Transitioners in the Manufacturing Industry. Fourteen of our consultants were also present, engaging in discussions about market trends unique to Ties’s focus on the manufacturing industry. The event provided a rich platform for information exchange, where we shared insights on the post-transition work styles of those who had successfully transitioned careers through Ties.

Participants were seen enjoying casual conversations through various activities, sharing laughter, and engaging in passionate discussions about post-transition challenges and specialized engineering topics. The event provided a valuable opportunity for everyone to share and connect, creating a fulfilling and rewarding time together.
