Survey results can be analyzed from both short-term and mid- to long-term perspectives, allowing companies to identify trends at the individual, team, and departmental levels. The system visualizes early warning signs that may lead to employee turnover as a score. When the score exceeds a certain threshold, administrators receive an alert notification, enabling them to take appropriate follow-up actions before issues escalate.
