<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\nIn 2021, marking the 15th anniversary of its founding, the Group established the purpose, \u201cUpdate Your Story \u2014 For a Better Future,\u201d and announced the 2nd medium-term management plan, \u201cZ CORE.\u201d Since then, the Group has placed great importance on co-creating value with stakeholders as a foundation for sustainable growth, while continuously enhancing the visibility of its sustainability initiatives and related disclosures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In response to the growing interest in sustainability initiatives aimed at enhancing corporate value and the increasing importance of expanded information disclosure, the Company began publishing the ESG Data Book last fiscal year. This year, following the inaugural edition, the Company has released the ESG Data Book 2025<\/strong>. \u30fbS Section:<\/strong> To enhance alignment with the evaluation items and criteria of major ESG rating agencies, the overall structure has been redefined. Furthermore, information related to \u201cEngagement\u201d and \u201cDiversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)\u201d has been expanded from last year.
\u30fbG Section:<\/strong> Explanations of the governance structure\u2014including corporate ethics and compliance\u2014have been strengthened, and a new risk assessment and response matrix for the entire Group has been added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
