Our group celebrated its 15th anniversary two years ago and established \u201cUpdate Your Story \u2013 For a Better Future\u201d as our corporate purpose. We unveiled \u201cZ CORE\u201d as our second mid-term business plan, placing a strong emphasis on value co-creation with stakeholders as the cornerstone for sustaining our company’s growth. This commitment led us to initiate the publication of our integrated report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In our 2021 integrated report, we focused on creating content that effectively communicates fundamental information about our company. In the 2022 integrated report, which we released last year, we explored the theme of \u201cAmbidexterity\u201d shedding light on how we perceive and address various dualities in our business operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year’s 2023 integrated report is built upon two major themes: \u201cValue Provided to Customers\u201d and \u201cHuman Capital Value\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the paramount theme for our group as we aim for further growth, and we are dedicating our efforts to enhance the value we provide in each of our businesses. In this report, we also feature actual feedback from customers and users regarding our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uff1cHuman Capital Value\uff1e<\/strong>
At our company, we have a wide range of talents, including business leaders who drive each of our operations and PMI professionals who actively support M&A activities. We believe that this \u201cHuman Capital\u201d is one of the sources of our company’s growth, and we are committed to unlocking the full potential of each individual, which we believe contributes to our long-term growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We aim to foster entrepreneurs within our team who can create innovative services and products without being bound by conventional approaches. We believe that nurturing such individuals will be at the core of our human capital management strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
