\u3000We are pleased to announce that we have met the requirements for a newly established index, FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index, and have been selected as a constituent of the index.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. <\/strong> Regarding \u201cFTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index\u201d<\/strong>
The FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index is designed to measure the performance of Japanese companies that demonstrate strong environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices in their respective sectors.
The Index has now been adopted as a passive ESG benchmark by the General Pension Investment Fund (GPIF).

2.ZIGExN Group\u2019s ESG\/SDGs Initiatives<\/strong>
Since its establishment, the ZIGExN Group has been operating a life service platform business to solve social issues through its business activities, aiming to “maximize opportunities in life\u201d.
In April 2021, we newly established a Sustainability Promotion Office to select materiality as the foundation for sustainable growth and to co-create value with stakeholders.\u3000
As one of the priority items of the materiality, “creation of local communities,” we established a new office in Oita City, Oita Prefecture, in August 2021 to promote the development of IT human resources and the job creation in the local.
In 2022, we established a new office and a professional 3×3 basketball team in Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture, and are actively working to “create opportunities for young people to play an active role”.
As for the other priority item, “fostering SDGs engagement through our platforms”, we are actively promoting initiatives through our business\/services, such as awarding member companies that have made meaningful contributions to the achievement of SDGs targets on our renovation matching website “RESHOP-Navi” and the used car export platform “TCV”, one of the subsidiaries.
\u3000In addition to sustainable business growth, the ZIGExN Group will continue to fulfill its social responsibilities through ESG\/SDGs initiatives to enhance corporate value in the medium to long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
