ZIGExN Co., Ltd., (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative, Operating Officer, and CEO Joe Hirao; Securities code: 3679; 1st Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange; hereinafter referred to as \u201cZIGExN\u201d) announce the release of of its first integrated report, “ZIGExN REPORT 2021”.
Since its establishment in 2006, our group has been providing a variety of services in the area of life events (jobs, housing, cars, travel, etc.), overcoming the waves of changes in the times and expanding our business based on our basic philosophy of pursuing harmony with society and sustainable development together by providing a platform that connects the universe (world) through the Internet with the aim of “maximizing life opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, which marks the 15th anniversary of the company’s founding, we have positioned it as a turning point, and in May, we established “Update story for a better future” as our corporate purpose. as our new corporate purpose. We also renewed our corporate logo and corporate website, and announced “Z CORE” as our second medium-term management plan.
Z CORE emphasizes the co-creation of value with stakeholders as the foundation for sustained corporate growth. In order to promote a better understanding of the Group among our diverse stakeholders, including shareholders, users, employees, business partners, local communities, and beyond, and in light of the recent increase in the importance of disclosing non-financial information, we have decided to prepare an integrated report, the ZIGExN REPORT 2021. This report provides an overview of the Group.
In this report, we have systematized the Group’s unique strengths and characteristics, medium- and long-term strategies, and the status of our sustainability initiatives, including ESG\/SDGs, in order to deepen the understanding of our stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Going forward, the Group will continue to work to further enhance its corporate value by strengthening communication with stakeholders through appropriate information disclosure.
